Thoughts from the meeting, as you discussed the current owner is not convinced that the pub would make enough to survive, well I'm told by my wife that the Riverside was rammed last night, so there's definitely custom to poach. Now, the way I see it we already have an owner or the building, should we try and convince him to give the pub a go and a percentage of the profits he will get. I just think trying to attract investors, with little or no return is going to be tricky, or can we meet him him half way like raise 250k and go into partnership with Mr Lamb, Thoughts?
I have met him and had that discussion. In principle we regard that as an option. We agreed that when the time is right we will consider it further alongside other options.
