As part of our Phase 1 work, in August 2026, we began receiving expressions of interest (aka pledges) from potential investors. This helps us understand the appetite for investment in the pub. Pledges may be made without obligation. For more information see here.
Business Case
Our Phase 2 work will focus on preparing a business case / plan which demonstrates the property and the operating business represent a viable investment. For more information see here.
Funding Sources
Phase 2 work will also include securing the funding sources to the level of the planned investment. Sources will include:

- Private Finance
- Loans
- Donations / Gifts
- Crowd Funding / Go Fund Me
